For the Next 48 Hours:
Avoid heat exposure, including saunas, sunbeds, hot yoga, intense workouts, and hot showers.
Do not swim in pools or hot tubs.

Apply SPF 30 or higher daily. This is essential—not just now, but always!
For the Next 2 Weeks:
